Why buy from us and not from a private seller
- 2-year warranty on the very item you buy, including on our eBay shop. A private seller gives you no warranty: if it breaks a week later, that is your problem. Here our own repair lab covers it (12 months for business buyers).
- Checked before it ships. At least 11 checks on every body and every lens, sensor and glass cleaned; for camera bodies you get the shutter count. The photos show the exact item you receive, not a "similar" one.
- Return within 14 days without having to give a reason. Between private sellers returns are usually not possible.
- Fast, insured shipping: orders placed by 12:00 leave the same day, and the parcel travels at our risk until it is delivered.
- Trade-in. We value your used gear and you can take it off the price: something a marketplace cannot do.
- A real shop in Ancona, Italy, with a repair lab and a phone that gets answered: +39 071 291 6347.

Frequently asked questions about the used Sony A7
How many shots does a used Sony A7 usually have?
The Sony A7 is the original Sony full-frame mirrorless and has been around for years: shutter counts vary a lot from one unit to the next. We read the count ourselves in our workshop and publish it on the listing as a certified shutter count; the stated grade is the lower of cosmetic condition and shutter-count band. You can see how shutter counts are spread across the bodies we sell in our shutter count data.
What do you check on a used Sony A7?
The shutter count, the full-frame sensor exposed behind the E mount (dust and scratches), the electronic viewfinder, the tilting screen, the SD slot, the Wi-Fi, the dials, buttons, mount and battery; then we test it with a Sony FE lens. Grade and included accessories are listed on each item's page, with a 2-year warranty.
Which lenses fit a Sony A7?
It has the Sony E mount with a full-frame sensor: it takes Sony FE lenses and the Sigma, Tamron, Samyang, Zeiss and Viltrox lenses with an E mount; APS-C E lenses fit with a sensor crop. There is no in-body stabilisation: stabilisation comes from the lens's OSS, where present.
How much does a used Sony A7 cost from you?
In March 2024 we sold two, at €400 and €432. The price of each unit depends on grade, certified shutter count and included accessories, and you will find it on each item's page, with a 2-year warranty. If you have one to sell or trade in, we value it within 24 hours. If you are looking for a camera within this budget, also have a look at our used cameras under €500.
