Payment terms

Credit card

You pay by card at the time of the order, through Stripe. The same option also includes Klarna, to pay in 3 instalments, as well as Scalapay and Satispay.

PayPal

You are taken to PayPal, sign in to your account and authorise the payment. Here too you pay at the time of the order.

You make the transfer after completing the order, using these details:

The order ships once the transfer has been credited to our account: the payment receipt on its own is not enough. How long crediting takes depends on the banks involved.

If payment does not arrive within 7 working days, the order is cancelled.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier directly when the parcel arrives. Cash on delivery carries a €5 surcharge and is available for deliveries within Italy only.

Security

The whole site, checkout included, uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Refunds

If you return an item the refund is full and arrives within 14 days of the item reaching us. If you paid by card or PayPal we credit it back to the same method; if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery you receive it by bank transfer. All the details are in the terms of sale.
