If a Lumix does not pass the technical checks, it never reaches the site.

Every camera is covered by a 24-month warranty (12 months with a VAT number), with free returns within 14 days of delivery. Shipping across Europe with UPS for €15, free within Italy from €49: what you see is in our warehouse in Ancona, Italy, and the parcel travels at our risk until it reaches you.

Every item for sale goes through our in-house lab before it goes online and is covered by a 2-year warranty (12 months if you buy with a VAT number).
On camera bodies we check the sensor, body shell, electronics, plastics, rubber grips and display; on lenses the barrel, glass elements, aperture and autofocus.
Every listing shows the photos, the condition and the shutter count of that very unit: what you see is what you get.

What do you check on a used Panasonic camera?

Every Lumix goes through our workshop with at least 11 checks: shutter counter, sensor with cleaning, curtain, in-body stabilisation, viewfinder and articulated screen, buttons and dials, hot shoe, video and audio sockets, electronics, battery and a test of both stills and video recording. The cosmetic grade and the accessories included are written on the unit's product page.

How many actuations does a used Panasonic have?

We read it in our workshop and write it on the product page as the certified shutter count, because the number changes from unit to unit. The grade takes the bands up to 10,000, 50,000 and 100,000 actuations into account and the lower level between cosmetics and counter applies. On a Lumix used mainly for video the counter can stay low even after years of work. You can see how many actuations the cameras we have sold had in our shutter count data.

Which lenses fit a used Panasonic camera?

Lumix G cameras have the Micro Four Thirds mount, shared with Olympus and OM System: lenses from the two brands swap without an adapter, as do Sigma and Samyang lenses in the same mount. Full-frame Lumix S cameras use the L mount, shared with Leica and Sigma. The mount of each body is stated on its product page.
