Why buy from us and not from a private seller
- 2-year warranty on the very item you buy, including on our eBay shop. A private seller gives you no warranty: if it breaks a week later, that is your problem. Here our own repair lab covers it (12 months for business buyers).
- Checked before it ships. At least 11 checks on every body and every lens, sensor and glass cleaned; for camera bodies you get the shutter count. The photos show the exact item you receive, not a "similar" one.
- Return within 14 days without having to give a reason. Between private sellers returns are usually not possible.
- Fast, insured shipping: orders placed by 12:00 leave the same day, and the parcel travels at our risk until it is delivered.
- Trade-in. We value your used gear and you can take it off the price: something a marketplace cannot do.
- A real shop in Ancona, Italy, with a repair lab and a phone that gets answered: +39 071 291 6347.

Frequently asked questions about the used Sony A7r Mark IV
How many shutter actuations does a used Sony A7r Mark IV usually have?
We do not yet have a series of sales from which to draw a typical shutter-count range for the Sony A7r Mark IV. On every unit we read the shutter count ourselves in our workshop and print it on the item's page as a certified shutter count; the declared grade is the lower of cosmetic condition and shutter-count band. You can see how shutter counts are spread across the bodies we sell in our shutter count data.
What do you check on a used Sony A7r Mark IV before selling it?
We read the shutter counter, check the exposed 60.2-megapixel full-frame sensor (dust and scratches), the shutter curtain, the in-body stabilisation, the electronic viewfinder, the touch screen, the two SD slots, the Wi-Fi, the dials, the buttons and the battery, then we test it with a lens. Grade and included accessories are on the item's page, with a 2-year warranty.
Which lenses fit a Sony A7r Mark IV?
The Sony A7r Mark IV has the Sony E mount and a full-frame sensor: it takes Sony FE lenses and Sigma, Tamron and Samyang lenses with an E mount. It also accepts E lenses for APS-C, cropping the frame. It has in-body stabilisation, so even a non-stabilised lens works stabilised.
What warranty does a used Sony A7r Mark IV bought from you have?
Every Sony A7r Mark IV we sell leaves our workshop with a 2-year warranty, like the rest of our used gear, and you can return it within 14 days of delivery. On each item's page you find the grade, the certified shutter count and the included accessories. If you have one to sell or trade in, we value it within 24 hours.
