Shipping
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 (CET) leave the same day, the others on the next working day. If you pay by bank transfer, the parcel leaves once the payment has been credited.
Within Italy we ship with BRT and delivery takes 1-3 working days from dispatch. Across Europe we ship with UPS: delivery takes 2-5 working days from dispatch to EU countries and 3-7 working days to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, plus any customs clearance time. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the courier collects the parcel.
Costs:
- Standard shipping within Italy: free from €49, €7.90 below that
- Shipping to Europe with UPS: €15 to EU countries, €20 to Switzerland and the United Kingdom
- Until delivery the parcel travels at our risk, at no cost to you. If you want fuller cover you can add insurance on the value of the parcel: 10 € (within Italy only)
- Cash on delivery surcharge: +5 € — available within Italy only
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without having to give a reason. The return is free: email [email protected], we send you the instructions and we cover the return shipping. The refund is full and arrives within 14 days of the item reaching us, using the same payment method. Details in the terms of sale.
Warranty
Every used item is checked by our own workshop and covered by a 24-month warranty for consumers and 12 months for purchases with a VAT number. How it works: warranty page. It starts on its own at delivery: registering it is optional. For warranty repairs from outside Italy, shipping to us and back is paid by the customer (your statutory guarantee rights are not affected).
