The Sony A7 Mark II has the Sony E mount and a full-frame sensor: it takes Sony FE lenses and Sigma, Tamron and Samyang lenses with an E mount. E lenses designed for APS-C also fit, but the camera crops the frame and uses fewer megapixels than the full sensor.
