The points you cannot verify in ten minutes at a bar are the real shutter count, the state of the shutter at different speeds, the alignment of the AF points, and the presence of the Nikon recall on D750 models. If you buy from a private seller, ask for at least a screenshot of the shutter count read with EXIF software and a photo at f/16 against a uniform sky to check for dust on the sensor.
