Why buy from us and not from a private seller
- 2-year warranty on the very item you buy, including on our eBay shop. A private seller gives you no warranty: if it breaks a week later, that is your problem. Here our own repair lab covers it (12 months for business buyers).
- Checked before it ships. At least 11 checks on every body and every lens, sensor and glass cleaned; for camera bodies you get the shutter count. The photos show the exact item you receive, not a "similar" one.
- Return within 14 days without having to give a reason. Between private sellers returns are usually not possible.
- Fast, insured shipping: orders placed by 12:00 leave the same day, and the parcel travels at our risk until it is delivered.
- Trade-in. We value your used gear and you can take it off the price: something a marketplace cannot do.
- A real shop in Ancona, Italy, with a repair lab and a phone that gets answered: +39 071 291 6347.

Frequently asked questions about the used Canon 70-200mm f2.8 L IS II USM
What do you check on a used Canon 70-200mm f2.8 L IS II USM?
We look at the glass against the light (scratches, haze, fungus, internal dust), the zoom and focus rings, the aperture, the USM autofocus and the IS stabiliser, testing them on a Canon DSLR, the 77 mm filter thread, the tripod collar and the mount with its contacts. On each item's page you find grade and included accessories, with a 2-year warranty.
Which cameras does the Canon 70-200mm f2.8 L IS II USM fit?
It has the Canon EF mount: it fits all Canon EF DSLRs and also EF-S DSLRs, where the field of view narrows and the apparent reach at the long end grows. On Canon EOS R mirrorless cameras it works with the EF-EOS R adapter, with autofocus and stabiliser active. It accepts Canon EF extenders, which lengthen the focal length at the cost of maximum aperture.
How much does a used Canon 70-200mm f2.8 L IS II USM cost from you?
In 2024 we sold three, between €1,050 and €1,150; the last one in December 2024 at €1,134. The price of each unit depends on its grade and the included accessories, such as hood and caps, and you find it on the page of the single piece, with a 2-year warranty. If you have one to sell or trade in, we value it within 24 hours.
Is the Canon 70-200mm f2.8 L IS II USM stabilised?
Yes, it has the IS stabiliser, useful handheld at long focal lengths, and we test it on every unit before selling it, together with the USM autofocus. It focuses from 1.20 metres with a magnification of 0.21x. The f2.8 aperture stays constant across the whole zoom range, from 70 to 200mm.
